Well appointed great budget property with really helpful and extremely helpful stuff who where very attentive and offered a very high level of service. Absolutely perfect and stunning location in Belfast, right by Stormont park and government buildings and the outskirts of the city center in the leafy Newtownards Road area and the Parliament for Northern Ireland.

The restaurant was nice for dinner and breakfast here, I had delicious dishes. Comfy beds, the staff were efficient and amiable. Apart from that, Gilnahirk Golf Club was 5 minutes' drive away. All the facilities were good.

It was very convenient for birdwatching trips to Castle Espie and Strangford Lough and to Belfast Harbour. It was also convenient for access to the city for restaurants/shopping/sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent (porridge with Bushmills whiskey a unique addition) and bottled water was provided in each room (which every hotel should copy). Overall it was very good value for money.
The hotel charged more for BT Openzone WiFi than BT itself (£6 for 60 mins instead of 90 mins direct from BT). WiFi should be free for customers of the hotel - a lot of hotels provide it free and benefit from increased visits by people using their dining/coffee facilities during the day to access the internet.

Nice hotel with amenities like free Wi-Fi, a bar/lounge area, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff kindly helped with directions to local attractions. I highly recommend it and will be back for Christmas.

the staff were excellent, the room was fabulous .
the only down fall was i did not have free wifi in my room, i thought the price to access it was excessive, so i did not use it.any other hotel i stayed in had it free of charge included in the room hire.it would actually be a deciding factor of me staying there again as for the next two years as i will be in Belfast several times over the next 24 months

It was convenient for visits to my family and easy to travel to from Belfast City Airport. The staff were helpful and welcoming and my room was perfectly adequate for my purposes.
The room would benefit from having a small fridge and a much better shower.
